What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and operational excellence
- Coach, motivate and develop the team to deliver strong performance and standout service
- Lead the floor, setting the tone for energy, standards and customer experience
- Help analyse sales results and support action plans to improve performance
- Deliver confident product storytelling and brand led customer journeys
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards in line with Ray‑Ban guidelines
- Step up as a role model for behaviours, values and ways of working
About You
- Experience in retail, ideally in a keyholder, supervisor or team lead role
- Passion for coaching, developing and supporting others
- Confident communicator with a positive, can do mindset
- Commercially aware and customer focused
- Organised, dependable and ready to take on more responsibility
- Interested in progressing your career in retail leadership
